Gift Boxes

Do you deliver and where to?

We offer a delivery service within Calgary, Alberta.  The delivery fee is $15.00 or free pickup can be arranged from Calgary, Alberta. Not in Calgary, no problem!  We can ship gift boxes throughout Canada with Canada Post. There is a flat fee of $15.00 for shipping. 

Are gift boxes customizable?

Absolutely! We would love to work with you on your custom collection that can fit any budget. Get in touch, we cant wait to get started!

Can you do large volume and corporate orders?

Yes, we offer gift boxes for corporate gifting, and large volume orders. We would love to work with you and your business to create the perfect gift for your clients, customers, employees or events. Contact us at                  info@districtbox.ca, we can't wait to hear from you!

Because we work with small batch and handmade, in the event that an item is unavailable or out of stock we will substitute that item with one of equivalent value and quality. 

Subscription Boxes

How many items are in the box?

Each box will contain 4-6 hand picked items for you to discover. 

 

How does the subscription work?

If you choose to sign up for a yearly subscription, you will receive our seasonally inspired box every quarter. Boxes will be shipped out December, March, June and September on the 10th of the month. 

 

What are the cut offs for orders?

We work with small batch and small business owners who take time to create the amazing goods in these boxes and so we like to give them the time they need. Orders need to be in on the 10th of the month before the shipping date. December box- November10th

March box - February 10th

June Box - May 10th

September box- August 10th

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

If  you need to cancel your subscription,  simply click here or send a cancelation email to info@districtbox.ca  As we charge for a full yearly subscription, refunds will be issued for the remaining seasons. Since we start putting the collections together one month in advance,  the subscription would need to be cancelled before the process has started. For example, should you unsubscribe on February 9th, you would not be charged for or shipped the March Box. However, if you were to cancel on February 10th, you would be shipped the March Box, your refund would be for the remaining seasons and your subscription would end after that quarter
